BREAKING: Unlawful Arrests Ongoing in Ottawa – Feb. 18

On February 15^th, Justin Trudeau decided that the peaceful Freedom Convoy was too much to handle, so much so that he decided to enact the Emergencies Act, without meeting the necessary criteria to do so, nor meeting the Truckers, some of whom drove across the country to meet the PM in Ottawa, but he first went Missing in Action under Covid pretexts.

Today, it is the municipal and provincial governments who decided to expell the Freedom Convoy out of their territory, without any consideration for this unique moment in our history. Government’s are just pursuing their agenda, abusing power.

Police Forces getting ready to make arrests in Ottawa (Feb.18th 2022)

This is all unprecedented in Canadian history. Never before has a Prime Minister nor other Government bodies have acted unilaterally outside the Constitution this way, it sits directly on the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms meaning Rights are above the laws.

The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) issued a Cease and Desist demand letter (below), and sent it to:

Ottawa Mayor, Jim Watson
Interim Police Chief of Ottawa Police Service, Steve Bell
Commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Thomas Carrique
Assistant Commissioner Commanding Officer, Jodie Boudreau
Superintendent Acting Director of the Service, Larry Brookson

This letter clearly stipulates the illegality for the Police to prevent movement of the people for peaceful assembly.

Although each of the people above have received the Cease and Desist letter, they decided to go ahead and enact the Emergencies Act without the Members of Parliament’s prior vote in the House of Commons, due to take place next week. These people are acting outside the Constitution as well.

Trudeau chose the fear mongering techniques, the ineffective, abusive and toxic masking of the population, the coercion into being injected with an experimenta medical treatment in order to participate in society, the list can go on and on with the unlawful politicies Trudeau imposed upon Canadians, these examples are what gave birth to the Freedom Convoy idea. Trudeau created the Freedom Convoy!

Trudeau’s deplorable decisions are purely based on his ego, instead of the benefit of Canadians, a new low in Parliamentary affairs. Let’s remember that Justin Trudeau is the Prime Minister only because he is the leader of the Liberal Party, he is easily replaceable by any other person inside his party.Trudeau’s refusal to even meet with the Freedom Convoy demonstrates a high level of disdain for his fellow-Canadians, for our Constitution and for the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

One of Trudeau’s argument to enact the Emergencies Act is about the disturbance for the citizens and workers of the downtown area. Maybe some people are disturbed in their daily routine (working and/or living downtown in the Capital of a country, one can expect to be disturbed at some point) but the right to assembly and protest unlawful mandates is a fundamental right also it was even said in Court regarding the present concern.

Ottawa Downtowners should be thankful for what the Truckers’ presence is doing for them to compensate a bit:

Maintenance of the sidewalks
No litering
Picking up of their garbage
Feeding of our homeless fellow-citizens
Lowering the crime-rate since their arrival.

Unlike violent protests seen South of the Border, the Freedom Convoy does its best to avoid violence, it brought Canadian unity back in fashion, it is more like a “Love Party”. Nothing has been destroyed. It now seems like the Governent does not like this type of protest, it is very dangerous and it must be contained instead of addressing it!

Let’s keep in mind the original reason why Canadians converged in Ottawa, it was to say “Enough is Enough” with the totalitarian control Trudeau’s government has imposed upon upon us all for the past two years.

Now Trudeau is treating the Freedom Convoy as if they were “violent terrorists” instead of recognizing that maybe it’s time we scrap these unlawful mandates and ID cards of all sorts. Doing so would send everyone back home in one shot, saving loads of money to Canadians. His Liberal government prefers to play to power card and oppress further, those who are lawfully exercizing their right to oppose his tyranny.

Trudeau’s combined actions of the past month alone could also be enough to even arrest him. Maybe the Police Forces should take a look at the January 15^th guilty verdict against him issued by the International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ) instead of arresting peaceful Canadians?

Accountability will be made great again when we go back to normal. In the meantime let’s pray for the brave men and women who are standing up for Canadians’ Freedom and remember that:
